Pai Hsiao-yen was the only daughter of popular Taiwanese TV host and actress Pai Bing-bing and Japanese author Ikki Kajiwara.

Pai Hsueh-hua, born Pai Yueh-o, better known by her stage name Pai Bing-bing, is a Taiwanese singer, actress, media personality and social activist.

Kenneth Hsien-yung Pai is a Chinese writer from Taiwan who has been described as a "melancholy pioneer." He was born in Guilin, Guangxi at the cusp of the Second Sino-Japanese War. Pai's father was the famous Kuomintang (KMT) general Bai Chongxi, whom he later described as a "stern, Confucian father" with "some soft spots in his heart." Pai was diagnosed with tuberculosis at the age of seven, during which time he would have to live in a separate house from his siblings. He lived with his family in Chongqing, Shanghai, and Nanjing before moving to the British-controlled Hong Kong in 1948 as CPC forces turned the tide of the Chinese Civil War. In 1952, Pai and his family resettled in Taiwan, where the KMT had relocated the Republic of China after defeat by the Communists in 1949.

Pai Ya-tsan is a Taiwanese political activist. During his imprisonment, Amnesty International designated Pai a prisoner of conscience.

Pai Yu-po is a Taiwanese badminton player. She started playing badminton at age 9, and debuted at the 2007 Vietnam International. She joined the Chinese Taipei national badminton team in 2014, and represented her country during the 2014 Incheon Asian Games.

Pai Hsiao-ma formerly known as Pai Min-jie is a Taiwanese badminton player. She competed at the 2006, 2010 and 2014 Asian Games.
