Naoki Minezaki is a Japanese politician of the Democratic Party of Japan and a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet. A native of Kure, Hiroshima and graduate of Hitotsubashi University, he was elected for the first time in 1992.

Naoki Kawamae is a Japanese badminton player from the NTT East team. In 2012, he competed at the London Olympics, but did not advance to the knock-out stage after placing third in the group stage.

Naoki Imamura is a Japanese voice actor from Saitama Prefecture attached to Aoni Production. He has played a large number of supporting and minor roles, including heroes, villains, serious and joke characters. He performed alongside Kōji Totani numerous times and voiced some of his ongoing roles after his death in honor of him. He took over the role of narrating Beat Takeshi no TV Tackle after the death of Daisuke Gōri.

Naoki Hisaya , born Naoki Hayashi , is a Japanese screenwriter who has worked for Tactics, Key and Siesta, but as of 2006, he is a freelance writer. He is well known for being the main writer of the popular visual novel Kanon while working under Key. Additional works include Moon, One: Kagayaku Kisetsu e, and Moon Childe. He is also known for being the original concept writer for Sola and Sora no Method. He later wrote the scenario for the action role-playing game Crystar. He also does work in a dōjin circle named Cork Board.
