Lucjan Avgustini was an Albanian prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He was the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sapë.

Lucjan Kraszewski was a Polish artist and photographer, who participated in the January Uprising.

Lucjan Roman Lis was a Polish cyclist. He had his greatest success in the 100 km team time trial. In this event he won a silver medal at the 1972 Summer Olympics as well as a bronze and a gold medal at the world championships in 1971 and 1973, respectively. He was less successful in the individual road race, finishing in 36th place at the 1972 Olympics. In 1973 he won the Tour de Pologne individually and the Peace Race with the Polish team.

Lucjan Antoni Brychczy is a former Polish football player who is most notable for winning four top-tier titles with Legia Warsaw, but was also a keen archer.

Lucjan Feliks Malinowski was a Polish linguist, traveller, professor of Jagiellonian University, from the 1887 principal Seminar Slavic languages. He studied the history of the Polish language, regional dialects of Silesia, and etymology.
