Jake Mauer
Donald Charles "Jake" Mauer is a former Minor League Baseball player, and former NCAA Division III baseball standout. He is a coach in the Minnesota Twins system. As a senior in 2001, he set the University of St. Thomas season record for hits with 83, and is the school's career leader in hits (243), runs (181) & games (187). He was inducted into the St. Thomas Athletic Hall of Fame in 2007.
Jake Shields
Jake Sequoyah Shields is an American mixed martial artist, currently fighting in the welterweight division for the PFL. He was the last Rumble on the Rock Welterweight Champion, the only Elite XC Welterweight Champion, a former Shooto Welterweight Champion and former Strikeforce Middleweight Champion. He also fought in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) challenging Georges St. Pierre for the Welterweight championship.
Jake Delhomme
Jake Christopher Delhomme is a former American football quarterback who played professionally in the National Football League (NFL). Delhomme played college football at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, then known as the University of Southwestern Louisiana, before being signed by the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent after the 1997 NFL Draft. Delhomme began his professional career as a practice squad player with the Saints in 1997 and 1998 and played in the NFL Europe for two years in between NFL seasons. Returning to the Saints, Delhomme played his first NFL games in 1999. Delhomme played as the Carolina Panthers starting quarterback from 2003 to 2009. Delhomme held most of Carolina's quarterback records until Cam Newton broke most of them. Delhomme led the team to Super Bowl XXXVIII in his first season with Carolina. After his departure from Carolina, Delhomme also played for the Cleveland Browns in 2010 and Houston Texans in 2011.

Jonathan Duane "Jake" Butt is an American football tight end for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Michigan. As a junior, he won the Ozzie Newsome Award. He was selected as a first-team All-American and was named Kwalick–Clark Tight End of the Year in both 2015 and 2016. He won the John Mackey Award given to the top tight end in college football and the Senior CLASS Award in 2016.

Jake Bird was an American self-confessed serial killer who was tried and executed for the axe murders of Bertha Kludt and her daughter Beverly June Kludt (17) in Tacoma, Washington on October 30, 1947. Bird may have killed as many as 46 people.

Jake Bugg is an English musician, singer, and songwriter. His self-titled debut album, Jake Bugg, some of which was co-written with songwriter Iain Archer, was released in October 2012 and reached number one on the UK Albums Chart. His second album, Shangri La, was released in November 2013 and his third, largely self-produced album On My One, in June 2016. His fourth album Hearts That Strain, a largely acoustic effort, produced by Dan Auerbach, was released in September 2017.
