Émile Lombard (Liège) was a Belgian professional road bicycle racer, who raced the 1904 Tour de France. During the race, after the second stage, Lombard was in 4th place. Because that year's race was filled with disqualifications because riders were accused of taking trains, in November 1904 it was decided that several players were disqualified, including the three cyclists that were standing above Lombard after the second stage, and as a result Lombard had been leading the general classification for one day.

Émile Racine Gauthier Prudent was a French pianist and composer. His works number about seventy, and include a piano trio, a concerto-symphony, many character pieces, sets of variations, transcriptions and etudes, in addition to his celebrated fantasies on operatic airs. As a teacher, he was very successful and produced several distinguished pupils.

Jean-Frédéric Émile Oustalet was a French zoologist.

Emile Masson was a Belgian professional road bicycle racer. Masson won two stages in the 1922 Tour de France. His son, Émile Masson Jr., also became a successful cyclist.
