He has previously played for the Calgary Flames, Toronto Maple Leafs, Ottawa Senators, and Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted ninth overall in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft by Calgary and made his NHL debut in 2005 after a four-year junior career with the Red Deer Rebels of the Western Hockey League (WHL), in which he was twice named the Defenceman of the Year.

Dion Dublin is an English television presenter and former professional footballer. Born in Leicester and of Nigerian descent, he was capped four times for England. Dublin started his career as a centre-back with Norwich City Reserves, but made his name at Cambridge United as a centre-forward. Dion Waiters is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Syracuse Orange and was selected with the fourth overall pick in the 2012 NBA draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Waiters also played for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Miami Heat, and the Los Angeles Lakers, where he won an NBA championship.

Dion John Lewis is an American football running back for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Pittsburgh and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fifth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. With the New England Patriots, he won Super Bowl LI over the Atlanta Falcons in 2017. Lewis was also on the Tennessee Titans and briefly on the rosters of the Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts, but never appeared in a game situation for either team.
