Costantino Rocca is an Italian golfer. He was long known as the most successful male golfer that Italy has produced, until the 2018 success of Francesco Molinari, who credited Rocca as an inspiration to him following his Open victory. After a long career on the European Tour, Constantino is now playing on the European Seniors Tour. He has five European Tour wins and is best known for his second-place finish in the 1995 Open Championship, and his hole in one in 1995 Ryder Cup.

Constantine Palaiologos or Palaeologus was a 16th-century noble of Greek descent who served as a soldier in Italy. By the time of his death in 1508, he served the Papal States, having risen through the ranks to become the commander of the Papal Guard.

Costantino Cristiano Luna Pianegonda was an Italian Franciscan friar and clergyman. He was ordained priest by the Franciscans on 1 July 1934 before being appointed first bishop of Zacapa in the Archdiocese of Guatemala on 30 November 1955. He was enthroned on 6 January 1956 by archbishop Gennaro Verolino, then apostolic nuncio in Guatemala. He resigned on 16 February 1980 and remained a bishop emeritus of the diocese until his death.

Costantino Patrizi Naro JUD was a long-serving Italian Cardinal who became Dean of the College of Cardinals. Cardinal Benedetto Naro was his great-uncle.
