List of Famous people named Camille

Camille Graeser (1892–1980) was a Swiss painter and member of the circle of Zurich Concrete artists. He was born in Switzerland but grew up in Stuttgart, Germany where he became a furniture designer. He took part in major exhibitions by the association Werkbund and in 1927 was invited to create furniture for Mies van der Rohe. In 1933 he fled to Switzerland as a result of the Nazis coming to power. He then became a member of the Swiss artists’ association Allianz.

Camille Flers, born in Paris in 1802, was a painter of landscapes and a scholar of Pâris. His Views of Normandy and The Banks of the Marne and Eure display a great amount of study and power or feeling in the colouring. He died at Annet (Seine-et-Marne) Paris in 1868. He was the instructor of Cabats. In the Louvre is a landscape by this artist of the Environs of Paris.

Camille Guérini (1900–1963) was a French film and television actor.

Camille Bombois was a French naïve painter especially noted for paintings of circus scenes.
