Byron Donalds
Byron Lowell Donalds is an American politician and businessman serving as the U.S. Representative for Florida's 19th congressional district since 2021. A member of the Republican Party, his district includes parts of Lee County and Collier County. Donalds previously was the Florida State Representative for the 80th district, which encompasses Hendry County and part of Collier County, from 2016 to 2021. He and Burgess Owens are the two current African-American House Representatives from the Republican Party. He is the only member of Congress that is part of both the Congressional Black Caucus and the House Freedom Caucus.
