Albert Gordon MacRae was an American actor, singer and radio/television host who appeared in the film versions of two Rodgers and Hammerstein musicals Oklahoma! (1955) and Carousel (1956) and who played the leading man of Doris Day in On Moonlight Bay (1951) and sequel By The Light of the Silvery Moon (1953).

Renee MacRae was a Scottish woman who has been missing since 1976 and is presumed to have been murdered. MacRae's disappearance, along with that of her 3-year-old son, Andrew, is currently the United Kingdom's longest-running missing persons case, and within Scotland is as notorious as Glasgow's Bible John murders. On 11 September 2019, William (Bill) MacDowell was charged with the murder of MacRae and her son. Their bodies have never been found.

Meredith Lynn MacRae was an American actress and singer known for her roles as Sally Morrison on My Three Sons (1963–1965) and as Billie Jo Bradley on Petticoat Junction (1966–1970).

Tom MacRae is an English television writer, author, playwright, lyricist, television producer, and screenwriter. He is best known as the creator of the television series Threesome and the book writer and lyricist of the stage musical Everybody's Talking About Jamie.
