Toni Duggan is an English footballer who plays as a winger or forward for Spanish Primera División club Atlético Madrid and the England national team. She has previously played in England for Everton and Manchester City, and in Spain for Barcelona.
Meghan Duggan
Meghan Duggan is an American former ice hockey forward who played for the United States at the 2010 Winter Olympics and 2014 Winter Olympics, winning two silver medals; she was the captain of the U.S. team at the 2018 Winter Olympics, where she won a gold medal. She also represented the United States at eight Women's World Championships, capturing seven gold medals and one silver medal. Duggan played collegiate hockey with the Wisconsin Badgers between 2006 and 2011. After her senior season (2010–11), Duggan was named the winner of the Patty Kazmaier Award, presented annually to the top women's ice hockey player in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). After her career at Wisconsin, Duggan was the team's all-time leading scorer. She was drafted 8th overall by the Boston Blades in the 2011 CWHL Draft.
Mike Duggan
Michael Edward Duggan is an American businessman and politician of the Democratic Party, currently serving as the 75th mayor of Detroit, Michigan. When first elected in 2013 he received national attention, in part for being the first white mayor of the majority-black city since Roman Gribbs in the early 1970s, when Detroit's population still had a white majority. Duggan won a second term in the 2017 election. Prior to becoming mayor he held a number of other political offices, including from 1987 to 2001 as deputy County Executive of Wayne County in which Detroit is located. He has received an approval rating of over 68%, the highest rating of any mayor of Detroit.

Hubert John Duggan was a British Army officer and politician, who was Conservative Party Member of Parliament for Acton from 1931 until his death. He was an opponent of appeasement and broke the whip on several important occasions, voting to bring down Neville Chamberlain in 1940.

Timothy Duggan
Timothy Duggan is a retired American professional road racing cyclist, who competed as a professional between 2005 and 2013. Duggan turned professional in 2005 with TIAA–CREF, and after six years with the squad, Duggan left for Liquigas–Cannondale in 2011. During his time with Liquigas–Cannondale, Duggan won the 2012 United States National Road Race Championships. In 2013, Duggan competed with Saxo–Tinkoff.
