Raymond Thomas Dalio is an American billionaire hedge fund manager and philanthropist who has served as co-chief investment officer of the world's largest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates since 1985. He founded Bridgewater in 1975 in New York. Within ten years, it was infused with a US$5 million investment from the World Bank's retirement fund.

Marcel Dalio was a French character actor. He had major roles in two films directed by Jean Renoir, La Grande Illusion (1937) and The Rules of the Game (1939).

Paul Dalio is an American screenwriter, director and composer. His first film, Touched with Fire, inspired by his struggles overcoming bipolar disorder, premiered at SXSW and was released theatrically in February 2016.
