He has sung more than 20000 songs in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi languages. He owns a music company named KMG Musics and also Saregama School of Music in Thiruvananthapuram. Sreekumar has won several awards, including two National Film Awards, three Kerala State Film Awards and a Filmfare Awards South. He was also honoured with the Harivarasanam Award by the Government of Kerala in 2016.

Athol Fugard is a South African playwright, novelist, actor, and director widely regarded as South Africa’s greatest playwright. He is best known for his political plays opposing the system of apartheid and for the 2005 Oscar-winning film of his novel Tsotsi, directed by Gavin Hood. Fugard was an adjunct professor of playwriting, acting and directing in the Department of Theatre and Dance at the University of California, San Diego.
