Clotilde Ngouabi née Martin was a French-born public figure who served as the first First Lady of the Republic of the Congo from 1969 to 1972, as the wife of President Marien Ngouabi.

Pál Berendy was a Hungarian football midfielder who played for Hungary in the 1958 FIFA World Cup. He also played for Vasas SC.

Reijo Toivo Taipale was a Finnish pop singer since the 1950s specializing in Schlager music and tango. Many of his albums have gone gold and platinum.

Sven Holm was a Danish author and playwright. Holm graduated from Herlufsholm School in 1958. His first short story collection, Den store fjende, was published in 1961. In 1974, Holm was awarded the Grand Prize of the Danish Academy. He was awarded the Holberg Medal in 1991. In 2001, Holm was made a member of the Danish Academy. That same year, he was awarded the Danish Critics Prize for Literature for his short story collection Kanten af himlen.
