Sir Abdul Halim Khan Ghuznavi, was a politician, zamindar, and industrialist. He was a member of the Central Legislative Assembly of British India.

Pietro Gazzera was an officer in the Italian Royal Army during World War II, as well as a prewar Italian politician.

Adam Hjalmar Egede-Nissen, was a Norwegian postmaster and politician, began his political career in the Liberal Party and was first elected to the Storting (parliament) in 1900. He later switched to the Labour Party before eventually joining the Communist Party of Norway, serving as party chairman from 1934 to 1946.

Francis Patrick "Frank" Fahy was an Irish Fianna Fáil politician who served as Ceann Comhairle of Dáil Éireann from 1932 to 1951. He served as a Teachta Dála (TD) from 1919 to his death in 1953.

Edmund Dulac was a French British naturalised magazine illustrator, book illustrator and stamp designer. Born in Toulouse he studied law but later turned to the study of art at the École des Beaux-Arts. He moved to London early in the 20th century and in 1905 received his first commission to illustrate the novels of the Brontë Sisters. During World War I, Dulac produced relief books and when after the war the deluxe children's book market shrank he turned to magazine illustrations among other ventures. He designed banknotes during World War II and postage stamps, most notably those that heralded the beginning of Queen Elizabeth II's reign.

Ethel Muckelt was a British figure skater who competed in singles and pairs. As a single skater, she won the bronze medal at the 1924 Winter Olympics. As a pair skater, she placed fifth at the 1920 Summer Olympics with Sydney Wallwork. With John Page, she won the silver medal at the 1924 World Figure Skating Championships and placed fourth at that year's Olympics.

Klaus Felix von Amsberg was a member of the German Niederer Adel and father of Prince Claus of the Netherlands, who was the father of King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands, thus making him the paternal grandfather of the current Dutch monarch.

Rachilde was the pen name and preferred identity of novelist and playwright Marguerite Vallette-Eymery. Born near Périgueux, Dordogne, Aquitaine, France during the Second French Empire, Rachilde went on to become a symbolist author and the most prominent woman in literature associated with the Decadent Movement of fin de siècle France.

Nicolae Rădescu was a Romanian army officer and political figure. He was the last pre-communist rule Prime Minister of Romania, serving from 7 December 1944 to 1 March 1945.
