Angelo Raffaele Jervolino was an Italian Christian Democrat politician. He was born in Naples. He was minister of health (1962–1963) in the Government of Italy. He served in the cabinets of Prime Ministers Amintore Fanfani and Giovanni Leone. He served in the Chamber of Deputies of Italy in Legislature II. He served in the Senate of Italy in Legislature III and Legislature IV. He died on March 10, 1985 in Rome, aged 94.

Nan Huai-Chin was a spiritual teacher of contemporary China. He was considered by many to be the major force in the revival of Chinese Buddhism. While Nan was regarded by many in China as one of the most influential Chan Buddhist teachers, he was little known outside the Chinese cultural sphere. Nan died at the age of 94 on Sept. 29th, 2012 in Suzhou, China.

Harald Sigurd Johan Sæverud was a Norwegian composer. He is most known for his music to Henrik Ibsen's Peer Gynt, Rondo Amoroso, and the Ballad of Revolt. Sæverud wrote nine symphonies and a large number of pieces for solo piano. He was a frequent guest conductor of his own works with the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra.
