Ada Brand Thomson, known professionally as Vivien Merchant, was an English actress. She began her career in 1942, and became known for dramatic roles on stage and in films. In 1956 she married the playwright Harold Pinter and performed in many of his plays.

Ken Weston was an English sound engineer. He won an Academy Award for Best Sound and was nominated for another in the same category. He worked on over 50 films between 1974 and 2001.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Lobanov was a Russian speed skater who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1980 Winter Olympics, in European and World all round championships between 1977 and 1979, and in Sprint World Championships 1981 and 1982.

Robert Rutledge was an American sound editor who won Best Sound Editing at the 1985 Academy Awards. He won for Back to the Future, which was shared with Charles L. Campbell.

Michael Alexander Hopkins was a New Zealand sound editor. Hopkins and American Ethan Van der Ryn shared two Academy Awards for best sound editing on the films The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and King Kong. The pair were also nominated for their work on the 2007 film Transformers.
