Wolfgang Güllich was a German rockclimber, known for being one of the greatest sport climbers of his generation and pushing the boundaries of climbing grades.

Tetsuya Ishida was a Japanese painter, best known for his surreal portrayal of contemporary Japanese life. He died from a possible suicide in 2005 where he was struck by a train at a level crossing.

Yuliya Vladimirovna Balykina was a Belarusian sprinter. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the Women's 100 metres, and Women's 4 × 100 metres relay. Balykina tested positive for drostanolone in an out-of-competition doping test in June 2013 and was banned from competitive athletics for two years. Her period of ineligibility ended on 24 July 2015.

Yamin Abou-Zand, better known by his nom de guerre Abu Umar al-Almani, was a prominent German commander of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant. He gained notoriety by appearing in the first German ISIL propaganda video in 2015, and went on to fight for the militant organization until 2017, when he was killed in action against the Syrian Democratic Forces.

Felipe Pirela (1941–1972) was a Venezuelan bolero singer. He was murdered in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

She chose not to go to high school so that she could draw manga. Fujiwara was a fan of RPGs such as Final Fantasy, which shows in her works. She was also good friends of Jun Mochizuki and Yana Toboso.
