Hasan Iğsız is a retired General in the Turkish Army. He was Commander of the First Army of Turkey from 2009 to 2010. He was formerly a defendant in the Internet Memorandum trial, where he was tried together with Turkey's former Chief of Staff, İlker Başbuğ. Later this trial was merged into the controversial Ergenekon trials. Iğsız was subsequently acquitted in 2016. The Ergenekon trials targeted a very heterogeneous group of people, merged different trials into one, and mobilized conspiracies tainted with fabricated evidence in the struggle to dominate Turkey's institutions.

Major William Martin was a persona invented by British Military Intelligence for Operation Mincemeat, the Second World War deception plan that lured German forces to Greece prior to the Allied invasion of Sicily. Also known as "the man who never was", Martin's personal details were created to lend credence to the scheme, which involved a body, dressed as a British officer and carrying secret documents, to wash up on shores of neutral Spain, apparently the victim of an air crash. It was intended that these documents, containing information that suggested an Allied assault on Greece was planned, should fall into the hands of German intelligence.

Nick Straker is a London-born musician, who had hits in Europe and the US in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

Cristina Branco is a Portuguese musician. She was drawn to jazz and styles of Portuguese music before settling on fado, a choice after being introduced to the music of Amália Rodrigues by her grandfather. Branco then studied the poems from which the major fado lyrics are taken. Branco performs accompanied by composer Custódio Castelo on guitar.
