His parents are actors Glen Corbett and Adrianne Ellis, his older sister is actress Laurie Holden, his stepfather is Academy Award-nominated director Michael Anderson and his stepbrother is actor Michael Anderson Jr. As a producer in Toronto, Holden packages scripts for actors and distributors.

Ayatollah Sayyid Hadi al-Husayni al-Modarresi, is an Iraqi-Iranian Shia scholar, leader and orator. He is viewed as a charismatic speaker, enamoring many Muslims, radiating a certain magnetism in his oratory. He spent much of his career in opposition to the Bathist government, and he spent many years in exile, particularly in Bahrain. al-Modarresi returned to Iraq following the 2003 invasion of Iraq, and administers humanitarian projects in there.

During World War II, he alternately served as the chief of the Army General Staff's Operations Section and secretary to Prime Minister Hideki Tojo. Following the war's end, he served as an adviser on military matters to the postwar Japanese government.
