Paea Wolfgramm is a Tongan retired boxer. Nicknamed "The Tongan Warrior", Wolfgramm won the Super Heavyweight silver medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics, making him the first athlete from Tonga to win an Olympic medal.

Curtis Cokes was a boxer from Dallas, Texas, United States. Cokes was the World Welterweight Champion, and he was famous for his training regimen, which he also imposed on other boxers training with him.

Fazliddin Hasanbaevich Gaibnazarov is an Uzbek professional boxer currently fighting at welterweight. As an amateur, in 2015 he earned silver medals at the world and Asian championships, and in 2016 won a gold medal at the Rio Olympics.

John Torrance was an American shot putter and American football player. Torrance broke the shot put world record several times in 1934, his eventual best mark of 17.40 m remaining unbeaten until 1948. At the 1936 Summer Olympics he placed fifth.

Ellyas Pical was the first world boxing champion from Indonesia, and was three times IBF Super flyweight champion (1985–1989).
