Matthew E. Nix is an American writer, producer, and director. He is best known for creating the USA Network television series Burn Notice, the Fox series The Good Guys and more recently the Fox series The Gifted.

Joseph Franz Maria Anton Hubert Ignatz Fürst und Altgraf zu Salm-Reifferscheidt-Dyck was a German amateur botanist and owner of Castle Dyck. Dyck was a member of an important aristocratic family that had ruled a small territory until the mediatisation of small German states in the early 19th century. His wife, Constance de Salm, was a poet and miscellaneous writer.

Michael Roland Steele-Bodger CBE was an English rugby union footballer who played flanker for Harlequins, England and Barbarians, and was President of the Barbarian Football Club and President of the East India Club, London.

Johannes Gerardus Maria Willebrands was a Dutch Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as President of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity from 1969 to 1989, and Archbishop of Utrecht from 1975 to 1983. Elevated to the cardinalate in 1969, Willebrands was central to the increased ecumenism of the Church in the second half of the 20th century, and was considered papabile at the two conclaves held in 1978.

Juliusz Słowacki was a Polish Romantic poet. He is considered one of the "Three Bards" of Polish literature — a major figure in the Polish Romantic period, and the father of modern Polish drama. His works often feature elements of Slavic pagan traditions, Polish history, mysticism and orientalism. His style includes the employment of neologisms and irony. His primary genre was the drama, but he also wrote lyric poetry. His most popular works include the dramas Kordian and Balladyna and the poems Beniowski, Testament mój and Anhelli.
