Houston Dale Nutt Jr. is a former American football player and coach. He currently works for CBS Sports as a college football studio analyst. Previously, he served as the head football coach at Murray State University (1993–1996), Boise State University (1997), the University of Arkansas (1998–2007), and University of Mississippi (2008–2011). Nutt's all-time career winning percentage is just under 59 percent.

Robert John Kuechenberg was a National Football League guard for the Miami Dolphins for 14 seasons between 1970 and 1983, spending the 1984 season on injured reserve. He was a mainstay in a line that included Hall of Famers Jim Langer, Larry Little, and Dwight Stephenson and played in six Pro Bowls in the late 1970s and early 1980s. He was selected as one of the top 15 finalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame from 2002–2006, and one of the top 17 finalists from 2007–2009, but missed the cut every year. He was inducted into the Miami Dolphin's Honor Roll on December 15, 1995. He was the brother of the retired Chicago Bears linebacker Rudy Kuechenberg.

Karel Sadsuit Tubun was an Indonesian police officer who is now regarded as a National Hero of Indonesia. He was killed while on duty as a guard in the neighborhood where one of the abductions of 30 September Movement took place. He was promoted posthumously to the rank of Police Second Sub-inspector. The Indonesian frigate KRI Karel Satsuit Tubun is named after him.

Pandit Nikhil Ranjan Banerjee was an Indian classical sitarist of the Maihar Gharana. A student of the legendary Baba Allauddin Khan, Pandit Nikhil Banerjee was known for his technical virtuosity and clinical execution. Along with Pandit Ravi Shankar and Ustad Vilayat Khan, he emerged as one of the leading exponents of the sitar. He was a recipient of the Indian civilian honour of the Padma Bhushan.

Justin David Hayward is an English musician best known as songwriter, lead singer, and guitarist of the rock band The Moody Blues. Masamune Wada is a Japanese politician serving his first term in the House of Councillors representing the Miyagi at-large district. He was elected to the House in the July 2013 as a member of Your Party. Upon the party's dissolution in November 2014 he joined the Party for Future Generations. He was promoted to Secretary-General of the party in September 2015; the party changed its name to Party for Japanese Kokoro in December 2015. In November 2016 he left the party and joined the Liberal Democratic Party's parliamentary group, but did not officially join the LDP. He joined the LDP on September 24, 2017, and was elected as a candidate from the proportional district in the 25th ordinary election for the House of Councillors held in July 2019.

Yumeji Tsukioka was a Japanese film actress. She appeared in more than 150 films between 1940 and 1994. She starred in the film The Temptress and the Monk, which was entered into the 8th Berlin International Film Festival. Her husband was the director Umetsugu Inoue.
