On 18 May 2020, SMRTV announced that Senhit would represent San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with the song "Adrenalina".

Masato Nakamura is a Japanese musician, bass guitarist, and record producer. He is a member of the J-pop band Dreams Come True, which was formed in 1988 and went on to sell over 50 million CDs. He is best known outside of Japan for composing the video game music soundtracks to Sonic the Hedgehog (1991) and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (1992).

He is also a Peter and Helen Bing Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution. He is also a contributing columnist at The Washington Post. Prior to his nomination to the ambassadorial position, McFaul worked for the U.S. National Security Council as Special Assistant to the President and senior director of Russian and Eurasian affairs. In that capacity, he was the architect of U.S. President Barack Obama's Russian reset policy.
