Takeda Nobuzane (武田信実) more commonly known as Kawakubo Nobuzane was a younger half-brother of Takeda Shingen, a preeminent daimyō who vied for the control of Japan in the late stage of Sengoku, the "warring states" period. He was also called Kawakubo Nobuzane because he was raised in Kawakubo village.

Joel H. Cohen is a Canadian writer for Saturday Night Live, Suddenly Susan and The Simpsons. He is the younger brother of one-time Simpsons writer Robert Cohen, who penned the season three episode "Flaming Moe's". Cohen was born in Calgary, Alberta received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1988 from the University of Alberta.

Hugh Dacre, 4th Baron Dacre (1335–1383) was an English nobleman. He was born in 1335, the youngest son of Ralph Dacre, 1st Baron Dacre and his wife Margaret de Multon, 2nd Baroness Multon of Gilsland. His two older brothers preceded him in the barony, but both died childless. His brother William, the second baron, married but died childless in 1361. His brother Ralph, the third baron, was a clergyman who died unmarried and without issue in 1375. Hugh may have been implicated in his predecessor's death; he and Nicholas Harrington were excommunicated by the Archbishop of York, likely in connection with the murder, and they were both presented for the murder at Preston, though they escaped long-term repercussions.

Antoine-Martial Louis Barizain also called Louis Monrose or Monrose (1811–1883) was a 19th-century French actor. The actor Claude Louis Séraphin Barizain (1783-1843) was his father. The actress Mademoiselle Monrose was his step sister due to her marriage with his brother, Eugène (Barizain).
