Giulio Ernesto Chierchini was an Italian comics writer and artist, mainly known for his Disney comics work. He was the oldest still active Disney creator shortly before his death.

Willi Geiger was a German judge. He was president of the Federal Court of Justice of Germany and Associate Justice in the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany. After the Nazi seizure of power 1933 Geiger joined the SA and in 1934 the National Socialist Association of Legal Professionals and National Socialist People's Welfare. In 1937 he joined the NSDAP. Geiger worked as a prosecutor at the Bamberg Sondergericht and gave at least five times capital punishment.

Karl Hubert Lanz was a German general during the Second World War, in which he led units in the Eastern Front and in the Balkans. After the war, he was tried for war crimes and convicted in the Southeast Case, specifically for several atrocities committed by units under his command in the Balkans. Released in 1951, he joined the liberal Free Democratic Party and served as its adviser on military and security issues.
