Diego Buñuel is a Franco-American film-maker born 21 july 1975 in Paris and the host and director of the National Geographic Channel series Don't Tell My Mother. He is also the host of a television news show in France called Les Nouveaux Explorateurs, broadcast on Canal Plus. In 2014, he was appointed Director of Documentaries and Factual Entertainment at Canal Plus. In 2018, he joined Netflix as Director of Original Documentaries in Europe.

Rosina Lam is a Hong Kong actress currently signed with Shaw Brothers Pictures.

Josef Jakobs was a German spy and the last person to be executed at the Tower of London. He was captured shortly after parachuting into the United Kingdom during the Second World War. Convicted of espionage under the Treachery Act 1940, Jakobs was shot by a military firing squad. He was not hanged because he was captured as an enemy combatant.

Terrence Funk is an American semi-retired professional wrestler and actor. Funk is known for the longevity of his career – which has spanned more than 50 years and includes multiple short-lived retirements – and the influential hardcore wrestling style he pioneered in the latter part of his career.

Robert Bales is a former United States Army soldier and spree killer who murdered 16 Afghan civilians in Panjwayi, Kandahar, Afghanistan, on March 11, 2012 – an event known as the Kandahar massacre. In order to avoid the death penalty, he pleaded guilty to 16 counts of murder and six counts of assault and attempted murder in a plea deal. On August 23, 2013, he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Chris Doyle is an American football coach and former player. He is the previous director of sport performance for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at The University of Iowa, a position he held from 1999 until mutually parting ways with the school on June 15, 2020. Doyle played college football on the offensive line at Boston University from 1986 to 1988.

Gilles Kepel, is a French political scientist and Arabist, specialized in the contemporary Middle East and Muslims in the West. He is Professor at the Université Paris Sciences et Lettres (PSL) and director of the Middle East and Mediterranean Program at PSL, based at Ecole Normale Supérieure. His latest book, Away from Chaos. The Middle East and the Challenge to the West was reviewed by The New York Times as “an excellent primer for anyone wanting to get up to speed on the region”.

Roman-Taras Yosypovych Shukhevych, also known by his pseudonym Taras Chuprynka, was a Ukrainian nationalist, one of the commanders of Nachtigall Battalion, a hauptmann of the German Schutzmannschaft 201 auxiliary police battalion, a military leader of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA), and one of the organizers of the Galicia-Volhynia Massacres which resulted in between 50,000 and 100,000 deaths of Poles.

On January 7, 1948, 25-year-old Captain Thomas F. Mantell, a Kentucky Air National Guard pilot, died in the crash of his P-51 Mustang fighter, after being sent in pursuit of an unidentified flying object (UFO). The event was among the most publicized early UFO incidents.

Murray James Cook, AM is an Australian musician and actor. Cook was one of the founding members of the children's band the Wiggles from 1991 to 2012. Cook provided guitar, vocals, and songwriting in the group, and remained involved with its creative and production aspects after his retirement. In 2013, Cook served as the Wiggles' tour manager. He also remained active in many music projects, including, after 2015, writing and performing with the Sydney soul-rock band The Soul Movers.
