Alfred Lennon, also known as Freddie Lennon, was an Englishman best known as the father of musician John Lennon. Alfred spent many years in an orphanage with his sister, Edith, after his father died. He was considered very witty and musical throughout his life—he sang and played the banjo—but not considered very reliable or dependable. Although informally called Alf by his family, he released a record as Freddie Lennon, and was referred to in the media by that name.

Ödön Széchenyi was an Imperial Ottoman pasha. He was the son of István Széchenyi and was in charge of the State Fire Brigade in Hungary and the Ottoman Empire.

Pehr von Afzelius was a Swedish medical doctor and professor in Uppsala. Afzelius was the brother of botanist Adam Afzelius, chemist Johan Afzelius, and doctoral advisor of Jacob Berzelius.

David Lewis, born David Levy, was a prominent Hollywood film producer in the 1940s and 1950s, who produced such films as Dark Victory (1939), Arch of Triumph (1948), and Raintree County (1957). He worked for Warner Brothers, Paramount and M-G-M and was elected a vice president of Enterprise Productions, Inc. in 1946.
