Joseph Franz Maximilian, 7th Prince of Lobkowitz was an aristocrat of Bohemia, from the House of Lobkowicz. He is known particularly for his interest in music and as a patron of Ludwig van Beethoven.

Vasilko Konstantinovich was the first Prince of Rostov, Russia. He was the son of Konstantin of Rostov, and the spouse of Maria of Chernigov. He died in battle during the Mongol invasion and was succeeded by his son Boris.

Anne d'Ornano was the President of the General Council of the French department of Calvados. She has been President of the department since 1991. She was a member of the Union for French Democracy (UDF) until the UDF dissolved in 2007, and she did not join either of the UDF's claimed successors: the New Centre and the MoDem. Unlike most centrists, she supported Nicolas Sarkozy by the first round of the 2007 election, over UDF candidate François Bayrou. However, she is not a member of Sarkozy's Union for a Popular Movement (UMP).

Tokugawa Harutoshi was a Japanese daimyō of the Edo period, who ruled the Mito Domain. His childhood name was Tsuruchiyo (鶴千代).

Henry Ernest of Stolberg-Wernigerode was a German politician, canon, dean and author of many hymns. He also published some poetry and collections of songs. He was Count of Stolberg-Wernigerode from 1771 until his death.
