Josué Filipe Soares Pesqueira, known simply as Josué, is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a Midfielder for Israeli club Hapoel Be'er Sheva and Portugal national team.

Maria Adelaide Amaral is a Portuguese Brazilian playwright, screenwriter, and novelist. A good deal of her plays concern disaffected urban professionals. She has been classed as among the two major women playwrights of Brazil, the other being Leilah Assunção.

Nuno Jorge Ribeiro Gaspar is a Portuguese former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2000 and 2014 for the Barbot–Torrié Cafés, Liberty Seguros–Würth, Liberty Seguros, Efapel–Glassdrive and OFM–Quinta da Lixa teams. He now works as the general manager of his final professional team, UCI Continental team W52–FC Porto.
