Bishop Taras Senkiv, O.M. is a Ukrainian Greek Catholic hierarch as an Eparchial Bishop of Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Stryi since 2 June 2005. Previously he served as an Auxiliary Bishop of Stryi from 22 May 2008 until 20 January 2010 and as an Apostolic Administrator of the same Stryi from 20 January 2010 until 2 April 2014 as a Titular Bishop of Siccenna.

Olena Vasylivna Myahkikh is a Ukrainian long track speed skater who participates in international competitions.

Andriy Bekh is a Ukrainian former competitive pair skater. With Julia Beloglazova, he is the 2006 Ukrainian national champion and placed 18th at the 2006 Winter Olympics.

Larisa Valeriïvna Griga is a badminton player from Ukraine. She was the gold medalist at the 2003 European Junior Championships in the girls' singles event. She competed at the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.

Gregory Stepanovych Hlady is a Ukrainian actor. He has appeared in over 50 films and television shows since 1973. He starred in Music for December, which was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 1995 Cannes Film Festival.

Anton Polyakov was a Ukrainian politician. A member of the party Servant of the People, he served in the Verkhovna Rada from 2019 to 2021. He died from coronary heart disease on 8 October 2021, at the age of 33. Alcohol and methadone were found in Anton's blood. Verkhovna Rada deputy Anna Skorokhod said that Anton Polyakov was murdered.
