Faezeh Hashemi Bahramani, better known as Faezeh Hashemi Rafsanjani is an Iranian women's rights activist, politician and former journalist who served as a member of Iranian parliament from 1996 to 2000. She is also president of Executives of Construction Party women's league and the former editor-in-chief of Zan newspaper.

Samira Makhmalbaf is an internationally acclaimed Iranian filmmaker and script writer. She is the daughter of Mohsen Makhmalbaf, the film director and writer. Samira Makhmalbaf is considered to be one of the most influential directors as part of the Iranian New Wave.

Dalita Artin Avanesian is an Armenian singer, participant of Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2011. She is now a student in American University of Armenia majoring in Computer Sciences. She graduated from Management Department of "European College in Armenia". Simultaneously, she studies in the "Jazz-Vocal Department" of Yerevan Specialized Music School № 1 after Alexander Spendiaryan having already graduated from three departments of the latter; these being that of Classic Vocal, Piano and Guitar.

Amin Zendegani is an Iranian actor who started as king Solomon in the film The Kingdom of Solomon. He also starred in the Persian series Mukhtarnameh as Muslim ibn Aqeel.

Mehdi Bazargan was an Iranian scholar, academic, long-time pro-democracy activist and head of Iran's interim government. He was appointed prime minister in February 1979 by Ayatollah Khomeini, making him Iran's first prime minister after the Iranian Revolution of 1979. He resigned his position in November of the same year, in protest at the US Embassy takeover and as an acknowledgement of his government's failure in preventing it.

Mansour Barzegar is a retired Iranian welterweight freestyle wrestler. He competed at the 1972 and 1976 Olympics and placed fifth and second, respectively. At the world championships he won one gold and two silver medals between 1973 and 1977.

Gholamali Bayandor was the Commander of Imperial Iranian Navy from 1931 to August 25, 1941 and was killed during the Anglo-Soviet invasion of Iran. He was born in Tehran to ancestors from Bayandur tribe.
