Finn Nielsen
Carsten Jensen
Carsten Jensen is a Danish author and political columnist. He first earned recognition as a literary critic for the Copenhagen daily, Politiken. His novels, including I Have Seen the World Begin (1996), deal with knowledge of the world. For this novel he won the Danish booksellers award De Gyldne Laurbær in 1996. The year 2006 saw the publication of his novel Vi, de druknede, a chronicle about the birth of modern Denmark, seen through the history of his hometown Marstal.
Lotte Olsen
Lotte Olsen is a retired female badminton player from Denmark, who won a silver medal at the 1993 IBF World Championships and competed at the 1996 Summer Olympics. She won several international tournaments, and four Danish National Badminton Championships in women's doubles during her career.
Alex Rasmussen
Alex Nicki Rasmussen is a Danish former professional racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2009 and 2016 for the Team Saxo Bank, HTC–Highroad, Garmin–Sharp, Riwal Cycling Team, Team TreFor–Blue Water and Team ColoQuick–Cult teams. Primarily specialising in track cycling, Rasmussen was also proficient in road racing, winning the Danish National Road Race Championships in 2007.
Carl Holst
Carl Holst is a Danish politician, representing the liberal party Venstre. He is the first Region Mayor of Region of Southern Denmark, an office he assumed on 1 January 2007. He served as County Mayor of South Jutland County from 1 July 2000, following the unexpected resignation of the former county mayor, Kresten Philipsen. Holst was re-elected in 2001, and served in this capacity until 31 December 2006, when the Danish counties were abolished.
Kjeld Abell
Kjeld Abell was a Danish playwright, screenwriter, and theatrical designer. Born in Ribe, Denmark, Abell's first designs were seen in ballets directed by George Balanchine at Copenhagen's Royal Danish Theatre and London's Alhambra Theatre.
Poul Nyrup Rasmussen
Poul Oluf Nyrup Rasmussen, was Prime Minister of Denmark from 25 January 1993 to 27 November 2001 and President of the Party of European Socialists (PES) from 2004 to 2011. He was the leader of the governing Social Democrats from 1992 to 2002. He was a member of the European Parliament from 2004 to 2009.

Mikkel Frølich Honoré is a Danish cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Deceuninck–Quick-Step. In May 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Giro d'Italia.
Verner Blaudzun
Verner Blaudzun is a Danish former cyclist who represented Denmark at the Summer Olympics. He won the bronze medal in the men's team time trial at the 1976 Montreal Olympics held in Canada, alongside Gert Frank, Jørgen Hansen and Jørn Lund.
Erling Jepsen
Erling Jepsen is a Danish author and playwright whose output primarily deals with his hometime of Gram and the culture in the surrounding region of Southern Jutland. His novel Frygtelig lykkelig was adapted into the 2008 neo-noir thriller Terribly Happy, and his autobiographical novel Kunsten at Græde i Kor (The Art of Crying) was adapted into the 2006 film The Art of Crying.
