Juan Rivera is a Puerto Rican professional wrestler. He is known for his work in the World Wrestling Council, where he won the WWC Universal Heavyweight Championship three times and the WWC Puerto Rico Heavyweight Championship three times. During the 1990s, he worked for the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), initially under a mask as Kwang. He later portrayed Savio Vega, the eventual leader of a Puerto Rican stable, Los Boricuas.

Héctor Machito Camacho Herrera Jr. is a Puerto Rican professional boxer residing in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. He started boxing professionally at the age of 18 years old. He is the son of the late three-time world champion Héctor "Macho" Camacho. In 2007, 2010, 2014, and 2016, he won the World Boxing Council (WBC) Caribbean Boxing Federation (CABOFE) Light Middleweight title. His mother was born in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.

Pedro Juan Rosselló González, is a Puerto Rican physician and politician who served as Governor of Puerto Rico from 1993 to 2001. He was President of the New Progressive Party from 1991 to 1999 and 2003 to 2008, and served as Senator for the District of Arecibo from 2005 to 2008. His son, Ricardo was also Governor of Puerto Rico from 2017 to 2019.

María Celeste Arrarás Mangual, better known as María Celeste, is a Puerto Rican broadcast journalist, author, and television personality, who has won three national Emmy Awards for journalism. In 2005, she became the first female recipient of the Legacy Award by Broadcast and Multi Channel for outstanding achievement in Hispanic Television. In 2006, Arrarás was included on the cover of "Newsweek" magazine, as one of the 20 most powerful women of the next generation of leaders.” In August 2018, María Celeste was awarded with a Doctorate Honoris Causa from the Universidad Central de Bayamon in Puerto Rico, in recognition for her philanthropic work. Until August 2020, Arrarás spent two decades as the host and managing editor of “Al Rojo Vivo con María Celeste”. Her program aired daily in the U.S. and in 15 Latin American countries, for a total daily audience of 35 million viewers. Her popularity has made her one of the most influential Hispanic figures in social platforms, with millions of followers around the world and in 2019 she made her debut in the Hollywood Reporter's Social Climber Chart at #5 of all TV Personalities.

Emmanuel Rodríguez Vázquez is a Puerto Rican professional boxer who held the IBF bantamweight title from 2018 to 2019. As an amateur he represented Puerto Rico at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics and won a gold medal in the flyweight event. As of July 2020, he is ranked as the world's fifth best active bantamweight by the The Ring, seventh by BoxRec, and eighth by the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board.

Michael Ian Olmo, known professionally as Iann Dior, is a Puerto Rican–American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He rose to fame in 2019 with his songs "Emotions" and "Gone Girl", the latter of which served as the lead single for his debut album Industry Plant (2019). In 2020, he featured on 24kGoldn's single "Mood", which peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and became his first and highest charting song.

Javier Culson Pérez is a Puerto Rican athlete and Olympiad bronze medalist who specialises in the 400-metre hurdles. After becoming involved with the discipline in his late teen years, he entered the podium in some regional youth events, including the Pan American Junior Athletics Championships. Culson is a two-time silver medallist at the International Association of Athletics Federations's (IAAF) World Championships and an elite contender in the Samsung Diamond League, where he finished second overall in 2011. He has also garnished medals in events with lower profiles, including the Central American and Caribbean Games and the Ibero-American Championships. He currently holds the record as "the world's fastest man" in that category. Culson also competed at the 2012 Olympics in London winning the bronze medal in the 400-metre hurdles race. In the 2016 Olympics in Rio, Culson made it all the way to the finals of the men's 400m hurdles only to be disqualified by a false start.

Joseline Hernandez, also known as "The Puerto Rican Princess", is a Puerto Rican reality television personality, rapper, and actress. She came to prominence as the main cast member of the VH1 reality series Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. She appeared on the show for six seasons alongside her boyfriend Stevie J, with whom she also starred in the spin-off Stevie J & Joseline: Go Hollywood.

Román "Rocky" Martínez is a Puerto Rican professional boxer. He is a former WBO junior lightweight champion, having held the title three times between 2009 and 2016.
