George Kusunoki Miller , better known by his stage name Joji and formerly by his online aliases Filthy Frank and Pink Guy, is a Japanese singer-songwriter, record producer, author, and former Internet personality, YouTuber, and comedian.

Heita Kawakatsu is the current governor of Shizuoka Prefecture. Born in 1948, he has been governor since 2009. A former economic historian, Kawakatsu was a professor at the controversial International Research Center for Japanese Studies in Kyoto from 1998 to 2007. Kawakatsu's research on "civilization theory" has been critiqued by historians such as Tessa Morris-Suzuki. Kawakatsu has written numerous books in the Nihonjinron genre of Japanese cultural nationalism.

Ichirō Matsui is a Japanese politician who is the current mayor of Osaka, leader of the Osaka Restoration Association (ORA) and one of the presidents of Nippon Ishin no Kai alongside Toranosuke Katayama.

Nakamura is one of only 16 players to have hit 400 or more home runs in NPB.
