Victor Jorgensen
Victor Jorgensen was a former Navy photo journalist who probably is most notable for taking an instantly iconic photograph of an impromptu scene in Manhattan on August 14, 1945, but from a different angle and in a less dramatic exposure than that of a photograph taken by Alfred Eisenstaedt. Both photographs were of the same V-J Day embrace of a woman in a white dress by a sailor. Eisenstaedt's better known photograph, V-J Day in Times Square, was published in Life.
Colt Lyerla
Colt Keliikoa Lyerla is a former American arena football wide receiver and convicted felon. He played tight end at the University of Oregon for the Ducks but left in October 2013 due to personal reasons. He signed with the Green Bay Packers after going undrafted during the 2014 NFL Draft. He was a member of the Arizona Rattlers and Portland Steel of the Arena Football League. He also played for AS Carcassonne in the Elite One Championship rugby league.

Almutairi is a Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry; affiliate faculty in the departments of Bioengineering and NanoEngineering; and Director of the Center for Excellence in Nanomedicine and Engineering in the Institute of Engineering in Medicine at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Her work focuses on nanomedicine, nanotechnology, chemistry and polymer science. Almutairi is a 2016 Kavli Fellow and has received numerous honors and awards such as the NIH director's new innovator award in 2009 for her work on "Chemically Amplified Response Strategies for Medical Sciences". Almutairi holds over a dozen U.S. and international patents, many of which are currently licensed in Industry. Almutairi is the Founder of eLux Medical Inc.
