Rising to prominence in teen films in the 1980s, Geoffreys is perhaps best known for his role as high school misfit turned vampire, "Evil Ed" in the 1985 horror film Fright Night, in addition to both starring and supporting performances in Heaven Help Us (1985), Fraternity Vacation (1985), At Close Range (1986), and 976-EVIL (1988).
