Gregory King Hoblit is an American film director, television director and television producer. He is best known for directing the films Primal Fear, Fallen, Frequency, Hart's War, and Fracture. He has won nine Primetime Emmy Awards for directing and producing Hill Street Blues, NYPD Blue, L.A. Law, Hooperman and the television film Roe vs. Wade.

Isabelle Hausser is a French novelist and translator.

Laurent Lafforgue is a French mathematician. He has made outstanding contributions to Langlands' program in the fields of number theory and analysis, and in particular proved the Langlands conjectures for the automorphism group of a function field. The crucial contribution by Lafforgue to solve this question is the construction of compactifications of certain moduli stacks of shtukas. The proof was the result of more than six years of concentrated efforts.

Anette Bøe is a former Norwegian cross-country skier. Bøe won her first international medal when she took the bronze at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid on the 4 × 5 km relay. She won the 20 km event at the Holmenkollen ski festival twice, in 1984 and 1985.
