Tomasz Marczyński is a Polish champion road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Lotto–Soudal. Marczyński previously competed for Ceramica Flaminia–Bossini Docce between 2006 and 2008, Miche–Silver Cross–Selle Italia in 2009, CCC–Polsat–Polkowice in 2010, 2011 and 2014, Vacansoleil–DCM in 2012 and 2013, and Torku Şekerspor in 2015.

Erazm Ciołek (1474–1522) was a Polish diplomat and writer, Bishop of Płock from 1504 to his death. He was also the author of Ciołek's Missal, one of the oldest works of Polish literature, and patron of the artists.

Małgorzata Szumowska is a Polish film director, screenwriter and producer, born in Kraków.

Prince Michał Hieronim Radziwiłł was a Polish nobleman, politician, diplomat and member of the Polish-Lithuanian Radziwill family. He was a Knight of the Order of the White Eagle and a holder of the Order of the Black Eagle. His paternal great-grandfather was Dominik Mikołaj Radziwiłł.

One Lighthouse, One Moon, one of three books she created about her cat, Nini, is a New York Times Best Illustrated Book. Her childhood memoir, No Pretty Pictures, was a finalist for the National Book Award.

Leon Schiller or Leon Schiller de Schildenfeld was a Polish theatre and film director, as well as critic and theatre theoretician. He also wrote theatre and radio screenplays and composed music. He was born in Kraków under the Austrian rule during the foreign Partitions of Poland, to a family of Austrian origin that had been ennobled by Empress Maria Theresa.

Jerzy Bińczycki was a Polish stage and film actor. He appeared in 50 films between 1962 and 1998. He starred in the 1975 film Nights and Days, which was entered into the 26th Berlin International Film Festival.

Henryk Tomasz Reyman was a Polish footballer, sports official and military officer. He fought in World War I in the Austrian Army, then in the Polish Army in the Polish-Soviet War, and also participated in the Silesian Uprisings. He's often referred to as the best Polish player ever.
