Leonid Makarovych Kravchuk is a former Ukrainian politician and the first President of Ukraine, who served from 5 December 1991 until 19 July 1994. He is also a former Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada and People's Deputy of Ukraine serving in the Social Democratic Party of Ukraine (united) faction.
Ivan Golunov
Ivan Valentinovich Golunov is a Russian investigative journalist and anti-corruption reporter currently working for independent outlet Meduza. He came to public attention in June 2019 when he was arrested and charged with drug-related crime by the Moscow police; he was later released after widespread public outcry, which alleged that the case was fabricated to silence Golunov's investigations into corruption. Golunov's arrest has attracted much attention from the Russian internet and social media community and has spurred criticism of abuse of power by the police.
