Antonio Sabàto Jr. is an Italian-American former model, actor, and politician. Sabàto first found fame in the 1990s as an underwear model for Calvin Klein and playing Jagger Cates on the soap opera General Hospital from 1992 to 1995. By the early 2000s, most of his acting credits were guest appearances, reality television, and budget films. Sabàto ran unsuccessfully as the Republican candidate for U.S. Congress against incumbent Democratic Congresswoman Julia Brownley for California's 26th district in the 2018 elections.

Emanuele Giaccherini is an Italian professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Serie B club Chievo.

Sofia Goggia is an Italian World Cup alpine ski racer. She made her World Cup debut in December 2011 and primarily competed on the European Cup circuit until the 2016 World Cup season.
At the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, Goggia won the gold medal in the downhill, becoming the only woman to win Olympic gold for Italy in that event.

Lucia of Syracuse (283–304), also called Saint Lucia or Saint Lucy, was a Christian martyr who died during the Diocletianic Persecution. She is venerated as a saint in the Roman Catholic, Anglican, Lutheran, and Eastern Orthodox churches. She is one of eight women explicitly commemorated by Roman Catholics in the Canon of the Mass. Her traditional feast day, known in Europe as Saint Lucy's Day, is observed by Western Christians on 13 December. Lucia of Syracuse was honored in the Middle Ages and remained a well-known saint in early modern England.
