Bijan Pakzad, generally known simply as Bijan, was an Iranian designer of menswear and fragrances.

Ali Baghbanbashi was an Iranian long-distance runner who competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics and in the 1956 Summer Olympics, and also in the 1951 Asian Games and 1958 Asian Games. He was born in Torghabeh, Iran, and specialized in the 3000 metres, 5000 metres, 10000 metres, and marathon.

Azadeh Namdari or Azade Namdari was an Iranian actress and TV host.

Saeid Mollaei is an Iranian - Mongolian judoka Olympian and 2018 world champion. Iranian authorities ordered Mollaei to intentionally lose in the semi-final at the Tokyo 2019 World Championships, so as to avoid a potential match in the finals against Israeli 2019 world champion Sagi Muki. In reaction, saying he was afraid to return to Iran after exposing and criticizing its pressure on him to deliberately lose in the World Championships, in August 2019 he moved to Europe with a two-year visa from Germany, and in December 2019, he became a citizen of Mongolia.

Abul-Qâsem Ferdowsi Tusi, or just Ferdowsi was a Persian poet and the author of Shahnameh, which is one of the world's longest epic poems created by a single poet, and the national epic of Greater Iran. Ferdowsi is celebrated as one of the most influential figure in Persian literature and one of the greatest in the history of literature.

Abbas Bouazar is an Iranian midfielder who currently plays for Iranian football club Naft Masjed Soleyman in the Persian Gulf Pro League.

Mohammad-Ali Najafi is an Iranian mathematician and reformist politician who was the Mayor of Tehran, serving in the post for eight months, until April 2018. He held cabinet portfolios during the 1980s, 1990s and 2010s. He is also a retired professor of mathematics at Sharif University of Technology.

Helan Abdulla, better known by her stage name Helly Luv, is a Kurdish singer, dancer, choreographer, actress and model. Her career began by uploading cover videos on social media websites like Myspace and YouTube. Helly Luv has since starred in movies, music videos and has released her own material. Gaining popularity from her 2013 single "Risk It All", Helly Luv has recently signed to G2 Music Group. In 2014, she appeared in her first theatrical feature film, Mardan.

Behdad Salimi Kordasiabi is former Iranian heavyweight weightlifter. He won gold medals at the 2012 Olympics, 2010–2018 Asian Games, 2010 and 2011 World Championships and 2009–2012 Asian Championships. He served as the flag bearer Iran at the opening ceremony of the 2014 Asian Games.
