Emmanuel Poulle was a French archivist and historian, specialist in the history of science and the medieval period and was a member of the Institut de France.

Camille Erlanger was a Parisian-born French opera composer. He studied at the Paris Conservatory under Léo Delibes (composition), Georges Mathias (piano), as well as Émile Durand and Antoine Taubon (harmony). In 1888 he won the Prix de Rome for his cantata Velléda. His most famous opera, Le Juif polonais, was produced at the Opéra-Comique in 1900.

Jacques Doucet (1853–1929) was a French fashion designer and art collector. He is known for his elegant dresses, made with flimsy translucent materials in superimposing pastel colors.

Ferdinand Marie Auguste Baston, Count de Lariboisière was a French military officer and politician. He served as mayor of Louvigné-du-Désert, and as a general councillor, deputy, and senator of Ille-et-Vilaine. He was appointed as a chevalier of the Legion of Honour.

Philippe Boisse is a French fencer. He won a gold medal in the team épée event at the 1980 Summer Olympics and the individual épée at the 1984 Summer Olympics. He also won a silver in the team épée in 1984.
