James Smith Dashner is an American writer of speculative fiction, primarily series for children or young adults, such as The Maze Runner series and the young adult fantasy series the 13th Reality. His 2008 novel The Journal of Curious Letters, first in the series, was one of the annual Borders Original Voices picks.

Nadji Anthony Jeter is an American actor, voice actor, dancer, and musician. He is best known for providing the voice and motion capture for Sam in the action-adventure video game The Last of Us (2013) and Miles Morales in the animated series Spider-Man (2017) and the video games Spider-Man (2018), Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order (2019), and Spider-Man: Miles Morales (2020).

Abigail Hawk is an American actress known for playing Samantha Bonner in the 1995 TV series Reality Check, Detective Abigail Baker in Blue Bloods, Riley Thomas in the 2016 holiday TV movie, A Christmas in Vermont, and Ellie in Domenica Cameron-Scorsese's 2017 directorial debut, Almost Paris. For her performance in Almost Paris, Hawk won the "Best Actress" award at the 2017 Golden Door Film Festival.

Joseph Jeffrey Hazelwood is an American sailor. He was the captain of Exxon Valdez during her 1989 oil spill. He was accused of being intoxicated which contributed to the disaster, but was cleared of this charge at his 1990 trial after witnesses testified that he was sober around the time of the accident. Hazelwood was convicted of a lesser charge, negligent discharge of oil, fined $50,000, and sentenced to 1,000 hours of community service.

LaVon Mercer is an American-Israeli former basketball player. He played at the center position. As a high school senior, he averaged 37.6 points, 30.1 rebounds, and 12 blocked shots per game, and was named a Parade All-American. Playing college basketball for the Georgia Bulldogs, he became the school's all-time career-leader in blocks and field-goal percentage, set its single-season shooting percentage record, and had the best SEC Tournament career field goal percentage of any SEC player. Drafted by the San Antonio Spurs in the 3rd round of the 1980 NBA Draft, he instead played 14 seasons in the Israeli Basketball Premier League, where he was the MVP in 1981. He obtained Israeli citizenship, and also played for the Israeli national basketball team.
