Anton Tkáč
Anton Tkáč is a retired track cyclist from Slovakia, who claimed the gold medal for Czechoslovakia in the men's Match Sprint event at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Quebec, Canada when in the final he defeated eight time World Champion Frenchman Daniel Morelon. In this discipline he also won two World Champion titles: in 1974 in Montreal, and in 1978 in Munich, Germany.
Vojtech Christov
Vojtech Christov is a former Czechoslovak football referee. He is known for having refereed in two FIFA World Cups, one match in 1982 and one in 1986. He was assistant referee in the 1982 FIFA World Cup Final. He also refereed two matches in the 1984 UEFA European Football Championship in France, including the UEFA Euro 1984 Final and one match in the Olympic Football Tournament 1980 in Moscow. At club level, he refereed in the Czechoslovak First League between 1974 and 1992, taking charge of 198 matches during that period.

Milan Chautur, C.Ss.R. is a Slovak Greek Catholic hierarch, who has served as the first Eparchial Bishop of the newly created Slovak Catholic Eparchy of Košice since 30 January 2008. Previously he was an Auxiliary Bishop of the Slovak Catholic Eparchy of Prešov from 11 January 1992 until 27 January 1997 and as Apostolic Exarch of the Apostolic Exarchate of Košice from 29 January 1997 until 30 January 2008.
