Damir Hadžović is a Bosnian-born Danish mixed martial artist and competes in Lightweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

Steve Bacic is a Canadian actor. He is known for playing the characters Gaheris and Telemachus Rhade on the Sci-Fi series Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda. After guest starring in seasons 1-3 as both characters, he joined the cast early in season four as Telemachus. In total, he was in 44 of the 110 Andromeda episodes. Beginning in 2013, he co-starred as "Jason" in Hallmark Movies & Mysteries channel Garage Sale Mysteries series of TV films.

Momčilo Krajišnik was a Bosnian Serb political leader, who along with Radovan Karadžić co-founded the Bosnian Serb nationalist Serb Democratic Party (SDS). Between 1990 and 1992, he was speaker of the People's Assembly of Republika Srpska. Between June and December 1992, he also served as member of the expanded Presidency of Republika Srpska. After the Bosnian War, he was elected Serb member of the tripartite Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the September 1996 and served in that post from October 1996 to October 1998. He lost his bid for re-election in 1998 to Živko Radišić. In 2006, Krajišnik was found guilty of committing crimes against humanity during the Bosnian War (1992–95) by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and was sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment. He was later granted early release on 1 September 2013, and he returned to Republika Srpska. Krajišnik died on 15 September 2020, in Banja Luka, as a result of complications caused by COVID-19.

Vjekoslav "Maks" Luburić was a Croatian Ustaše official who headed the system of concentration camps in the Independent State of Croatia (NDH) during much of World War II. Luburić also personally oversaw and spearheaded the contemporaneous genocides of Serbs, Jews and Roma in the NDH.

Mirko Marić is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Serie B club Monza.

Sanela Diana Jenkins is an entrepreneur and philanthropist who was born and raised in Bosnia. She currently resides in California. Jenkins fled her home country during the Siege of Sarajevo and emigrated to London, where she studied at City University, London.

Safet "Pape" Sušić is a Bosnian professional football manager and former player who most recently managed Turkish club Akhisarspor. He was a gifted midfielder known for his dribbling skills and technical ability, and is strongly reputed to have been one of the finest European players of his generation. Sušić played for Yugoslavia in two FIFA World Cups, 1982 and 1990, and at UEFA Euro 1984. As a manager, he qualified the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team to the 2014 FIFA World Cup. In 2017, Sušić was inducted into the PSG Hall of Fame.

Armin Hodžić is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Süper Lig club Kasımpaşa, on loan from Fehérvár, and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

Fahreta Živojinović, known by her stage name Lepa Brena, is a Yugoslav and Serbian pop-folk singer, actress and businesswoman. She is the best-selling female recording artist from the former Yugoslavia.
