List of Famous people named Safet

Safet Babic is a German politician of Bosnian descent. He has been a candidate for the far-right National Democratic Party of Germany (NPD) in European, parliamentary, state assembly and local elections.

Safet "Pape" Sušić is a Bosnian professional football manager and former player who most recently managed Turkish club Akhisarspor. He was a gifted midfielder known for his dribbling skills and technical ability, and is strongly reputed to have been one of the finest European players of his generation. Sušić played for Yugoslavia in two FIFA World Cups, 1982 and 1990, and at UEFA Euro 1984. As a manager, he qualified the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team to the 2014 FIFA World Cup. In 2017, Sušić was inducted into the PSG Hall of Fame.

Safet Gjici is an Albanian businessman who is the CEO of EuroGjici Security and Kevin Construction. He is also the president of Albanian Superliga football club FK Kukësi. He was the Socialist Party candidate in the municipality of Kamëz in the 2015 local elections, but he lost to the Democratic Party candidate Xhelal Mziu.
