Fabio Battesini was an Italian professional road bicycle racer. He won one stage in the 1931 Tour de France and three stages of the Giro d'Italia in 1932–1936.

Shigenori Soejima is a Japanese video game artist, best known for his work in the Persona series of role-playing video games by Atlus. Inspired in his work as an artist from an early age, he initially worked in minor roles on several games after joining Atlus. His first major work as an artist was on the strategy role-playing game Stella Deus: The Gate of Eternity (2004). From Persona 3 (2006) onwards, he took over as the character designer from his mentor Kazuma Kaneko.

Guido Martina was an Italian comic writer, documentarist and author. Martina is well known for his Disney comics stories, including the first "Grandi Parodie Disney" story, "L'inferno di Topolino", and the creation of Paperinik, Donald Duck's superhero alter ego.

Louis-Marie Billé was a French clergyman, archbishop of Lyon from 6 September 1998 and a cardinal until his death in office.

André Messelis was a Belgian professional racing cyclist. He won the E3 Harelbeke in 1962. Messelis died on 17 February 2022, at the age of 91.

Gilbert Armea Garcera is the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Lipa in the Philippines. He was appointed to lead the Archdiocese by Pope Francis, succeeding Archbishop Ramon Arguelles, who earlier filed his resignation prior to his mandatory retirement age. His previous assignment was the bishop of the Diocese of Daet in Camarines Norte.
