Ota Zaremba is a Czechoslovak weightlifter, Olympic champion and world champion. He won gold medal in the heavyweight I class at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.

Martin Štěpánek is a world class freediver and record-holder. From 1984 to 1997 he was a competitive monofin swimmer (finswimmer). Martin's academic background follows a degree in Forestry Engineering with advanced studies in Sports Biology at the Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. After moving to the United States he became USA Certified as a Deep Sea and Saturation Commercial Diver in May 1999. In 2000 Martin met Douglas Peterson, who went on to become his freediving coach and mentor, guiding him to his first World Record in July 2001. Since then, Martin continued to set freediving world records annually up to his retirement from competitive freediving in 2012. He is now recognized as one of the pioneers of modern freediving education.

Ivan Langer is a former Czech politician. He has been a member of the Civic Democratic Party (ODS) since 1991. From 1996 to 2010 he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies, the Minister of Informatics and the Minister of the Interior.

Libor Kozák is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a striker for Fortuna Liga club Sparta Prague and the Czech Republic national team.

Luboš Urban is a Czech football manager and former player.

Kateřina Beránková is a Czech former pair skater and single skater. Initially, she competed in ladies' singles, finishing 10th at the 1995 European Championships. She switched to pair skating in 1997 and competed with Otto Dlabola, with whom she finished 8th at the 2002 Winter Olympics. On January 20, 2005, Beránková and Dlabola announced their retirement from competition.
