Jan Mertens was a Belgian cyclist. Professional from 1926 to 1931, he won the Tour of Flanders in 1928 and ranked fourth in the Tour de France in 1928.

Peter De Clercq is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer. In the 1992 Tour de France, De Clercq was the winner of the 20th stage.

Filip Meirhaeghe is a retired Belgian racing cyclist. His primary focus was in mountain bike racing, however, he has also taken part in elite road, cyclo-cross and track cycling. He has won four Mountain Bike World Championships medals, one Olympic medal and a total of eleven mountain bike World Cup events. In the final years of his racing career he raced for the bicycle manufacturer Specialized Bicycle Components on the mountain bike and for the professional team Domina Vacanze-Elitron on the road.

Pieter Mertens is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer. He was professional for four years, spending two years at Chocolade Jacques-T Interim between 2004 and 2005 and then two years at UCI ProTeam Predictor-Lotto between 2006 and 2007.

Roger Swerts is a Belgian former road bicycle racer. As an amateur he placed 18th in the individual road race at the 1964 Summer Olympics and won a bronze medal at the 1965 UCI Road World Championships. He turned professional later in 1965.

Kenny De Ketele is a Belgian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Sport Vlaanderen–Baloise. He was the men's Madison World Champion in 2012, with Gijs Van Hoecke.

Pieter Jacobs is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer, who competed professionally between 2007 and 2016 for the Unibet.com, Silence–Lotto, Topsport Vlaanderen–Baloise and Crelan–Vastgoedservice teams.

Kevyn Ista is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2005 and 2020, for eight different teams. He now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Continental team Bingoal WB Development Team.

Johan Walem is a Belgian football manager and former player, who currently manages the Cyprus national football team. He previously worked as head coach of the Kortrijk. Walem was considered one of the best Belgian midfielders of his generation. He gained 36 caps for the national team, scoring two goals.
